Liu Jin visits Aarhus

Chinese photographic, performance, and video artist Liu Jin has been invited by Galleri Image to visit Aarhus in May/June 2015 in order for him to work on his art. In his project for the upcoming DIVA residency Liu Jin uses a piece of common cultural heritage which affects people in both China and Denmark as a starting point: Hans Christian. Andersen's fairy tales. In the project the famous fairy tales are used as a medium in which global - and local - problems can be discussed artistically.
