Come and take part in Photobook Week Aarhus, Denmark's international photobook festival on October 8th-10th!

The exhibition programme will contain highlight like the special exhibition on Keld Helmer-Petersen's last work, the photobook Black Light;, there will also be a focus on east Asia with specially selected books and zines from Japan, curated by the independent curator Mikiko Kikuta (JP); selected works from The Asia-Pasific Photobook Archive (APPA); a special selection of photobooks from Asia, curated by Manik Katyal (IN), editor of EMAHO Magazine; and there will be smaller exhibitions of photobooks from two countries that have distinguished themselves on the photobook market - Finland and Brazil.
Again this year we are collaborating with PhotoIreland on the project Library Within the Library, where photobooks from The Library Project are exhibited in the Aarhus School of Architecture's library. This year they are presenting a selection of Irish photobooks as well as the best of their recent international acquisitions, as curated by Director of PhotoIreland, Ángel Gonzalez.
